Elk Horns and Carrot Seeds

April 28, 2011 @ 3:28 AM

Anyone that has used us knows that our area of expertise is freight of the time critical variety.  That certainly has not limited us as we frequently fulfill truckload, flatbed, LTL, and a variety of specialized modes as well as moves that were off the beaten path.....notables include---  Ultra-light airplane parts to Scotland via trans-Atlantic express.....elk horns from Colorado to Indiana (used to make dog chews!), and I even quoted 10,000 pounds of carrot seeds.....didn't win that bid but it did make me look up the weight of one carrot seed. Truthfully, I did not ever realize carrots HAD a seed until the day this opportunity crossed my desk.  Since the Earthquake/Tsunami in Japan recently we have seen a real slowing in the automotive supplier sector and we have utilized the extra manpower to focus on internal systems and carrier sign up.  We want to be prepared when things heat up again.  Need HeLP?  Call HeLP.
